    We’re currently aware of an issue affecting some customers using Nokia ONTs on the CityFibre network.

    The issue has been escalated to CityFibre for investigation and we are actively working with them to identify the root cause.

    At this time, customers are advised not to factory reset their router or ONT unless specifically instructed by support, as this is unlikely to resolve the issue.

    We’ll continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.
