We are currently seeing an increase in faults and service issues across multiple UK network providers due to the ongoing heatwave and unusually high temperatures.
This is affecting infrastructure operated by providers such as Openreach, CityFibre, Freedom Fibre and MS3, which may result in longer fault resolution times and an increased number of network-related incidents.
At this time, there is no indication of a widespread issue specific to our network. However, customers may experience service degradation or outages where underlying supplier infrastructure has been impacted by the extreme weather conditions.
We are actively monitoring the situation and working closely with our suppliers to ensure any affected services are restored as quickly as possible.
