    We are aware of an issue currently affecting some customers using the Freedom Fibre network in the Stoke-on-Trent area.

    Our initial investigation indicates that the issue may be related to return traffic, which can result in connectivity issues for affected services.

    We are working with Freedom Fibre to investigate this as a priority and identify the cause as quickly as possible.
