Olilo - Notice history

We are aware of an issue in the AL5 postcode area.

CityFibre are investigating.

We’re currently unable to process orders that require an upfront payment. This is due to an ongoing Google Cloud outage affecting our payment provider.

Until this is resolved, orders with upfront payments will not be going ahead. Any orders that don’t require an upfront payment are unaffected.

We’re monitoring the situation closely alongside our payment provider and will post an update as soon as payments are back up and running. Sorry for the disruption, and thanks for bearing with us.

We are aware of an issue currently affecting some customers using the Freedom Fibre network in the Stoke-on-Trent area.

Our initial investigation indicates that the issue may be related to return traffic, which can result in connectivity issues for affected services.

We are working with Freedom Fibre to investigate this as a priority and identify the cause as quickly as possible.

We’ll provide further updates as soon as we have more information.

We are currently tracking a confirmed service outage affecting CityFibre connectivity in the St Albans area.

The issue has been formally reported to CityFibre, and we are awaiting further details regarding the cause and estimated restoration time.
